Return Policy

Because custom and customized items are made just for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mockup was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered.

Warranties/Defective Products

  • Items may carry a 90 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.
  • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
  • All pants are not warrantied due to the nature of their use.
  • All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, hemmed pants and special order items.
  • Items handled and/or damaged by a 3rd party are not warrantied
