Below is a quick run down of our project life cycle and process. If you have any additional questions or concerns, your sales rep with be able to help you with them.

DESIGN CONCEPTSYour sales rep will connect with you to gather all the assets such as logos, specific brand colors, team slogans and other design style you would like. We have a large portfolio of previous designs to help you narrow down your design direction as well.

DESIGN APPROVALThis typically is scheduled for 48hrs. from receiving your final direction. Once the designs are complete we will send them to you through our approval portal. We traditionally allow one full round of revisions so it is important to be specific when posting any revisions you may have.

PREPPING FOR PRODUCTIONOnce we have final approval on all designs we will prep the art for the production process. This typically happens 24-48 hours after your art has been approved through our design review portal.

PRODUCTIONThe production process varies per teamwear piece. Screen print, spot sublimated and embroidered items usually are completed quicker. Fully sublimated cut and sew items take longer. Your sales rep can advise you on current lead times when you order.

QUALITY INSPECTION & FUlFILLMENTQuality control is something we take very seriously, as items come out of production we inspect for proper art, colors and application as well as the physical state of the items. Your items are packaged up and shipped to you with a packing list of all the inventory to distribute to your team!
